FlowForm ("we", "us") provides bookkeeping software for the UK self-employed. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Financial entries: income and expense records you create inside FlowForm.
• Technical data: timestamps for sign-ins to help secure your account.

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the service: storing your records, calculating tax estimates, generating exports, and authenticating you. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Storage & security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Row-level security ensures only you can access your own entries. Backups are encrypted and retained for disaster recovery.

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or close your account at any time by emailing hello@flowform.co.uk.
