By creating a FlowForm account you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service

FlowForm is a pre-accounting tool that helps you log income and expenses and produces accountant-ready summaries. FlowForm is not a regulated accountant or tax advisor and is designed to be used alongside your own accountant. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for filing your tax returns.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Don't use FlowForm to break the law, infringe rights, attack our systems, or upload content you don't have the right to upload.

Liability

FlowForm is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
