By creating a FlowForm account you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service

FlowForm helps you log income and expenses and produces tax-ready summaries. FlowForm is a record-keeping tool, not a regulated accountant or tax advisor. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for filing your own tax returns.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Don't use FlowForm to break the law, infringe rights, attack our systems, or upload content you don't have the right to upload.

Liability

FlowForm is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
